The FL-1000 Commercial building leak detection system is designed to accommodate corporate and commercial office facilities. The FL-1000 leak system comes complete with inline leak sensors for each floor or office, floor leak sensors that can be strategically installed in specific trouble areas such as under sinks, refrigerators, dishwashers, bathrooms, etc. The FL-1000 leak system also comes with a smart automated shutoff valve for the main water feed. The FL-1000 leak detection system is connected to its own cloud-based server with a dashboard that provides for 24/7 monitoring which allows for instant real-time responses and preventative actions. The system is fully integrable with most other smart IoT products, Google, Amazon, IFTT, etc. The system also provides a CellFree Wireless option which provides cellular internet access with no data fees for up to 10 years for systems with no existing WIFI or for systems that require their own internet access connection.

The FL-1000 leak detection system dashboard allows 24/7 monitoring of all apartments, condos, or townhomes from one central monitoring location. Notifications and alerts can be sent via email and or text. Historical reports are also provided.
